During the interview, which can be viewed in the video above, Webb insisted hunts such as his at the Old Berks operate “within the law”, are “open to any investigation”, and are properly “policed”. Impressively, he managed to maintain a smirk throughout.

Webb attempted to compare hunting to football — perhaps, given his deep involvement in the sport. As chairman of Swindon Supermarine FC, the club once proudly carried payday loan company Wonga as its principal sponsor. Webb has also shown himself willing to bankroll politicians, personally donating more than £30,000 to former Conservative MP Justin Tomlinson during his tenure in Swindon North. His company, Webbs Builders Merchants, also sponsors the Point-to-Point begging bowl event itself.

According to Webb, the government does not “ban football” because of a minority of bad fans. The comparison collapses immediately, however, because football is not illegal. Fox hunting — the activity concealed behind the “trail hunting” smokescreen — very much is. More to the point, if a football supporter picked up a terrified opposition fan and threw them to a pack of wolves, they would not merely receive a lifetime national stadium ban; they would likely face prison.

That same standard, it seems, does not apply to hunts. Not even Webb’s own.

After the P2P ended a GB news party was laid on, and Thompson and Shearring can be seen partying along with other members of the hunt. Thompson in particular seems to enjoy thumping the table to a rendition of ‘Country Road’.

Webb oversees the Old Berks alongside other joint masters. A former master and chairman of this hunt, Lord Astor, father-in-law of former Prime Minister David Cameron also continues to ride with this hunt. Astor also chairs the British Hound Sports Association (BHSA), hunting’s supposed regulatory body.

As we highlight in our previous article, in 2023 the Old Berks huntsman was Oliver Thompson. Thompson had previously served as kennel huntsman for the nearby Avon Vale Hunt, based at Spye Park near Chippenham. At the time, the Avon Vale whipper-in was Thompson’s close associate, Rob Shearring. When Thompson left for the Old Berks at the end of the 2020 season, Shearring soon followed.

In early 2023, footage emerged showing members of the Avon Vale Hunt digging out a brace of foxes in December 2022 before throwing them to hounds to be torn apart. Following a police investigation, huntsman Stuart Radbourne and the whipper-in Aaron Fookes were charged, convicted, and sentenced under the Animal Welfare Act. The BHSA was forced not only to suspend the hunt, but also to concede that the abuse was not an isolated incident.

What the BHSA did not publicise, however, was that police and the RSPCA had also received further footage dating back to 2020, when Thompson and Shearring were both active at the Avon Vale. One video showed Thompson trapping and baiting a terrified fox with his patterdale terrier, Nelly, while being filmed by his wife, Felicity. Thompson later received a suspended prison sentence for what the sentencing magistrate described as “sadistic” cruelty.

A third video later surfaced showing Thompson digging out another fox and throwing them to the hounds while Shearring blocked an escape route using a spade and his boot. Shearring could also be heard shrieking in excitement as the fox was ripped to pieces. Despite this, he avoided prosecution.

In 2025, Shearring was appointed Master of the Old Berks Hunt — overseen by Astor and Webb.

We are also aware that Thompson has since been invited back in an amateur whipper-in capacity. Though in truth, he has never left the inner fold.

Why would any organisation permit individuals convicted of serious animal cruelty to hold positions of responsibility over animals at all? In any other setting - nurseries for example, safeguarding concerns of this magnitude would be unthinkable when it comes to employing or even allowing convicted and known sadists near potential victims.

The answer is obvious why they allow and condone it, isn’t it. Everyone knows why.

What other governing authority knowingly turns a blind eye to its members’ illegal and utterly depraved behaviour? The British Hound Sports Association is, in essence, fox-hunters regulating fox-hunters, so it comes as little surprise that its senior leadership appears willing to overlook some of the most abhorrent wildlife crimes imaginable.

Yes, we are referring to Oliver Thompson— recently championed by The Telegraph (or “Toryguff,” as some prefer) — and his associate, now superior, Rob Shearring. Both were formerly hunt staff at the now-disbanded and disgraced Avon Vale Hunt, and both now hold influential positions within the Old Berks Hunt.

As the Hunt Saboteurs Association recently pointed out, Rob Shearring, — a central figure in one of the notorious Avon Vale dig-out videos that made national headlines in 2023 — was appointed a Master of the Old Berks Hunt in 2025.

Shearring, then serving as the Avon Vale Hunt’s whipper-in, was remarkably never prosecuted for his role in the dig-out. Footage appeared to show him helping block a sett exit with both a spade and his boot, preventing the fox from escaping Thompson’s grasp.

Others present included kennel huntsman Thompson, huntsman Stuart Radbourne along with terrier-man Tom Ledbury, and Charlie Ball. All were charged in connection with offences under the Animal Welfare Act and, with the exception of Ball, were subsequently convicted.

Radbourne had also previously been sentenced over a separate attack on a fox which took place in December 2022, along with Thompson’s replacement at the Avon Vale, Aaron Fookes, twin brother of violent BSV fox hunter Kieron Fookes who was one of two thugs recently convicted for assaulting our friends at North Dorset Hunt Sabs.

The scene was made even more horrifying by the presence of a small child — reportedly belonging to one of the terriermen — who was there as the fox was dug out, thrown by Thompson, and seized by the waiting hounds, which Radbourne appeared to be whipping into a frenzy.

As the fox was torn apart, Shearring could be seen and heard shrieking with delight, adding an even more disturbing dimension to an already grotesque spectacle.

The only other individual present who escaped conviction was, of course, the unseen cameraman — whose identity is known to us and whose name was also passed to police. But for Shearring to avoid even meaningful police scrutiny over his role? Make your own minds up about that.

Thompson, who resigned as Old Berks huntsman after his double cruelty convictions were exposed in 2023, never truly left the hunt and is expected to return this season as whipper-in. To be absolutely clear, Thompson was not merely convicted under the Hunting Act; he was sentenced — twice — for acts of cruelty that a magistrate described as “sadistic.”

As well as the infamous fox-throwing incident, Thompson was also filmed by his wife, Felicity, baiting a fox in order to train a young terrier, while she enthusiastically encouraged him from behind the camera. Charges against Felicity Thompson were later dropped for reasons that remain unclear — another example of lazy and risk-averse prosecution failing wildlife.

Thompson received a 20-week prison sentence, suspended for two years — avoiding immediate custody thanks, no doubt, to the familiar refrain of “previous good character” so often churned out on behalf of these prolific life-long sadists.

Last season we sabbed the Old Berks on multiple occasions and, lo and behold, caught BHSA chairman Viscount Astor — also father-in-law to former Prime Minister David Cameron — out hunting.

On one of those days, we witnessed chaos on the roads as hounds pursued a fox across a 60mph carriageway. Members of the hunt support entourage lined the roadside throwing rocks and apples at our vehicle, all while the chairman of the sport’s so-called governing body looked the other way.

Standards? Lower than a snake’s belly.

“Trail hunting” is, and always has been, a smokescreen for illegal hunting — cynically exploited to continue the hunting of foxes, hares, deer, mink, and otters under the guise of legality. What do you do when your hunt has been repeatedly caught hunting foxes and you’re facing criminal charges? You buy a pub called the ‘Fox and Hounds’ in Acton Turville. We kid you not, that is how “Harry Beaufort/Harry Somerset/Bunter” (Henry John FitzRoy Somerset, 12th Duke of Beaufort), Senior Hunt Master of the criminal Beaufort Hunt, has chosen to stick two fingers up to the public and show he has no intention of stopping his criminal activities anytime soon.

Harry’s pile, Badminton House on the Badminton Estate, is home to the Beaufort Hunt’s kennels and its grounds the scene of many a fox’s grisly end. The foxes who live on the Badminton Estate and its neighbouring lands are hunted relentlessly, 4 days per week (it used to be 5) and week in week out.

To keep up a supply of foxes for their barbaric ‘sport’ the Beaufort have constructed a network of artificial earths, where foxes can be encouraged to live, reproduce and then evicted from on the day of the hunt. The earths are then blocked so the desperate fox cannot find safety within it.

Even if the fox does manage to find refuge, the hunt’s terrier-men Paul Tasker, Paul Duckett and James Milsom, amongst many others, are on hand to flush them back out again.

The Trustees of the Somerset Trust, Swangrove Estates Ltd and Swangrove Holdings Ltd are all connected entities forming part of the broader structure of the Badminton Estate. The Somerset Trust provides the legal and land management framework for the Estate, while the two Swangrove companies handle its operational and corporate affairs.

Harry Beaufort sits at the head of this structure. He serves as an active Director of both Swangrove Estates and Swangrove Holdings.

The Badminton Estate has a long-running relationship with estate and land management agents Knight Frank, with several current and former directors being Knight Frank employees.

Field Master Rupert Sturgis is Partner and Office Head of Knight Frank’s Cirencester office and his wife Beanie, investigated by police for committing hate crimes against sabs, is a regular fixture at Beaufort hunt meets.

This story is too good to ignore. A recent burst of headlines valiantly defending “trail hunting” has been doing the rounds—many of them, inevitably, via the Daily Telegraph, or the Toryguff for short, if you prefer - a paper that never knowingly underserves a countryside criminal. All of them of course originate from the long reaching tentacles of the Countryside Alliance as they call on favours from press and politicians alike to help them churn out a litany of absurd ‘woe is us’ fantasies during the public consultation to ban their brutal bloodsport.

Last week, they spotlighted Madeleine Bunbury of the Beaufort Hunt, who was running the London Marathon in support of the poor destitute souls of the Countryside Alliance. It’s an organisation that counts the landed gentry, tax avoiders and evaders, royalty, politicians and pretty much anyone who has bought more than an acre of land as a tax-grift as a member or supporter. Of all the potential worthy causes one might choose for a marathon, this is certainly a distinctive pick.

According to her website, Bunbury - born Madeleine de St Pierre Bunbury on the island of Mustique, has built a successful career as an artist, even securing commissions from high-profile clients like the Prince of Wales. Her wall paintings fetch 5-figure sums, which is a bit more than your average painter and decorator and that’s just to have a single wall painted. Heaven knows what she charges to put up a roll of woodchip.

When Bunbury isn’t painting horses, she likes to spend her weekends in yellow-vis protecting the serial killing Beaufort Hunt. Worse than that - she even double-vises up for a day out on the quads. Clearly this fashion faux-pas and what people might think of the yellow-overkill, isn’t an issue for woman who claimed to be raising ‘fighting funds’ for the Fox-hunters Alliance.

On one occasion when she was 'stalking’ at a Beaufort meet in Easton Grey, North Wiltshire. She was seen leaping into action to prevent us filming an illegally driven, untaxed known hunt-supporter truck, alerting the convicted coke-dealing truck crew who were hanging off the side as it was racing around the lanes, that we were filming them, presumably worried we would submit their antics to Op Snap.

Adding a twist of irony, Royal Protection police from nearby Highgrove were also in the vicinity looking for the very truck Maddy here was protecting - William’s horse painter helping the fugitives to hide from the cops ticket.

Lets not forget that the bin-bag Beaufort are still under several criminal investigations for several fox kills including these two acts of sheer cruelty which Madeleine will be more than aware of, given her presence when countless foxes have been hunted, chased and killed whilst she roams the fields trying to block sabs from gathering evidence and preventing the slaughters.

Running a marathon is no easy feat, but alas, it appears that the Telegraph-backed Marathon ‘charity’ runner’s attempt ended somewhere around mile 15-16, maybe it was down to a dose of the caffeine gel-induced trots, or some nasty leg cramps, who knows.

There’s a lot we could say about Bin-Bag Bunbury’s marathon attempt, but maybe she should have dressed up as a fox and let the hounds chase her round the course, she might have not gave up so easily then. Can’t beat a bit of existential terror to get the running legs moving eh, Maddy.

There are plenty of words to describe huntsmen, most of them unfit for print. But “brave”? That’s a new one. Genuinely laughable. You’d need a spectacular lack of self-awareness to land on that.

Let’s be honest: there is nothing remotely brave about overwhelming a small, exhausted fox with a pack of dogs, frothing hunters on horseback and gangs of masked men on quads, all shielded by the landowning class, whose wealth buys both the stage and immunity from scrutiny. That’s not courage—it’s orchestrated cruelty. A staged spectacle where the outcome is decided long before it begins, right down to blocking escape routes so the terrified animal has nowhere left to run.

Real bravery involves risk. It involves restraint. It involves facing something that might actually fight back. This? This is depraved pageantry wrapped around domination and abuse.

The word “brave” is doing an extraordinary amount of heavy lifting here—and collapsing under it. All it really exposes is the gulf between how they see themselves and how it actually is to every one else.

Dressing up brutality as courage doesn’t make it noble—it just reveals a desperate need to pretend it is. It proves they are too cowardly to call it what it is. They are not even brave enough to own their own brutality for God’s sake.

Hunt groups have claimed that widespread job losses will follow reports that the government is preparing to ban so-called “trail hunting,” the legal defence for fox hunting. However, it remains unclear how many people actually earn a living from setting dogs onto wildlife.

Sources within the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) noted that “fox hunting” does not appear in any official job classifications or employment searches, casting doubt on its status as legitimate work. One source added that “if someone’s income depends upon brutalised animal cruelty, they may need to consider their life choices or even better, jump off the nearest cliff.”

Concerns have also been raised about individuals who have operated on a cash-in-hand basis, particularly terrier-men, who may struggle to meet eligibility requirements for contribution-based benefits due to undeclared income. As a result, some may find themselves reliant on tax-payer funded state support.

Another source states that they have no idea what to do with so many unskilled layabouts with no formal work history. The same source added that those whose career prospects rely heavily on animal cruelty may soon find themselves exploring the exciting world of legitimate employment for the first time.

They add, officials are reportedly scrambling to identify suitable retraining opportunities for what one insider described as “a niche workforce with highly specialised skills in ripping animals apart, blowing horns and digging holes all whilst in fancy dress.” Early suggestions include roles in heritage re-enactment or, failing that, advanced studies and placements at a clown academy.

Meanwhile, the Countryside Alliance has warned that millions of pounds could be wiped from the “rural economy,” a largely mythical financial ecosystem said to operate somewhere between cash-in-hand, government subsidy, and tax avoidance schemes.

A spokesperson for HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) appeared unfazed, stating: “We’ve searched our records and, somewhat unsurprisingly, we’re not seeing a significant history of tax contributions from this sector. We expect the Treasury will cope.”

On Boxing Day 2025, Beaufort Huntsman Will Bryer delivers a rousing, almost theatrical speech—evoking a cut-price William Wallace—as footage rolls of his hounds chasing down and tearing foxes apart. This is what is presented as “trail hunting.”

Let’s be clear: what’s captured here is only a fraction of what has been witnessed—and only what has been caught on camera. For every documented chase, how many more happen out of sight, beyond scrutiny, beyond accountability?

The Duke of Beaufort Hunt have had the misfortune to be our target since our last target - the Avon Vale Hunt were disbarred. Make no mistake what we witness here, occurs at every so-called ‘trail’ hunt in the country.

Footage of these incidents has been submitted in full to police forces across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, and Avon and Somerset. The outcome? A familiar pattern. Some cases linger on investigation limbo; others are quietly dropped. Not for lack of evidence—but because the law is so feeble it demands near-impossible proof of intent. The result is a system where risk-averse investigators appear reluctant to act, faced with the influence and reach of the Beaufort network.

When hunting propagandists insist they are “operating within the law,” what they are really saying is this: the law, as it stands, allows this to continue. The term “trail hunting” has become a convenient shield—a legal defence, and a smokescreen exploited to mask the continued killing of foxes.

A law that ignores what’s in plain sight isn’t a law—it’s cover. Until it’s overhauled, this carries on exactly as it is: unchecked, unpunished, and deliberate.

Anyone following our pages cannot fail to see what is happening in plain sight. Week after week, the Duke of Beaufort Hunt—like most so-called “trail hunts” across the country—continues to get away with the illegal hunting of wildlife. This is not speculation. It is something we have repeatedly witnessed, recorded, and reported to the police forces covering Beaufort country. Yet still, it continues.

Hunts use the low conviction rate to hide behind the phrase “we hunt within the law.” Notice what they don’t say: they don’t say they don’t hunt foxes. Because the reality is, the law as it stands allows them to continue so long as intent is difficult to prove. Unless a huntsman is caught in the act—clearly and unmistakably directing hounds onto a fox—there are rarely consequences. This loophole is not accidental; it is being exploited.

What follows is just a snapshot of what we have documented this cubbing season—and it is damning.

From the very beginning, there was no attempt to disguise what was happening. At Cranmore Woods, Easton Grey, a fox was chased across open ground, through a line of mounted hunters, past support riders, and even the whipper-in, Mitch Prosser—none of whom intervened. The hounds pursued the fox for over a kilometre, even crossing the busy B4039 at speed. The huntsman trailed far behind, a familiar tactic that allows plausible deniability while the hounds do the killing. Whether that fox escaped or not, we may never know—but what we do know is that it was deliberately hunted.

Just days later, at Manor Farm, Alderton, the pattern repeated. Foxes were flushed and relentlessly pursued through Cream Gorse Woods and surrounding land. Another fox was driven from cover later that same day, again in full view of hunt staff. This is not accident. This is routine.

Another fox was flushed and hunted from another covert in the afternoon (below), another unrelenting day for the poor traumatised wildlife of North Wiltshire.

And it is not just foxes. When hounds chased a deer, the hunt suddenly found its ability to act—intervening quickly to stop them. The contrast is stark. When the wrong animal is targeted, control is possible (even if it does involve a quad almost running the lead hound over). When it is a fox, that control disappears.

By the end of September, a hare had been killed at Manor Farm, Oldbury-on-the-Hill. Footage later revealed hounds tearing the animal apart in front of the huntsman, who did nothing. On that same day, young terriers were being introduced and trained—future tools in the same cycle of cruelty.

Capturing this reality is not easy. Hunts rely on speed, chaos, and distance to avoid scrutiny. Hounds outrun observers, and foxes vanish into cover. That is why we now began fundraising for a thermal drone—to expose what they hope remains hidden.

October brought no change in behaviour. At the Badminton kennel meet, multiple foxes were again hunted. Despite evidence being submitted and hunt staff being questioned, we understand no action will be taken. Once again, the system fails wildlife.

One incident at Allen Grove stands out. A fox was flushed, surrounded, and driven back into cover while hunt horns and voice calls rang out—captured clearly on film and audio. Observers believe the fox was killed out of sight. If this is not evidence of intentional hunting, then the law is fundamentally broken, more evidence that recklessness clauses need to be added to the new ban.

Meanwhile, hunting organisations attempt to present a sanitised version of “trail hunting” to the public—staged demonstrations that bear no resemblance to what actually happens in fields and woodlands every week. It was made even more comical that one of the host hunts - the North Cotswold Hunt caused a multi-car pile up on the B4077 near Gloucestershire after out of control hounds chased across the busy road.

At the same time, investigations elsewhere, such as those involving the Wynstay Hunt, reveal practices like feeding foxes at artificial earths only to hunt them later—echoing what we are witnessing here.

Even the introduction of new hounds did nothing to change behaviour. They quickly joined in chasing live quarry, learning exactly what this “sport” truly is.

By the final week of cubbing, new tactics had emerged—day-glo clad stalkers appeared on expensive new quads, their aim to monitor and intimidate those exposing the truth. Yet despite this, foxes were still filmed being hunted, including this one near Hebden Leaze:

This is just a few weeks of early-morning cubbing.

In case you missed it, we appeared on on BBC Points West last night (Monday 1st April), as they featured our video of the Beaufort Hunt chasing one fox and killing another on 20th December 2025, on the Duke of Beaufort’s Badminton Estate.

The 20th December 2025 was pretty harrowing for our sabs, we were out on the day with several other groups, Bath Sabs, Bristol Sabs, Cirencester Sabs and Reading Sabs. The meet was huge, which was normal for this hunt, though it has to be said the numbers have hugely reduced in the wake of the release of all of our evidence, maybe many riders fear being associated with this rural crime gang. It is also worth pointing out, that in several of our recordings, the fox being chased is visible to the entire field riders, so it’s not the case that the field aren’t aware, they are up to their necks in it too, subscribing and supporting this hunt is aiding and abetting wildlife crime after all.

Five foxes in total we counted hunted that day, dog walkers even contacted us to tell us they had witnessed the hounds chasing foxes across Worcester Avenue. The whipper-in frantically riding up the busy A433 as hounds chased one fox north through Hinnegar woods towards Didmarton.

Two foxes were flushed from a copse near Sopworth around midday, the first fox was likely the one being targeted in the image above, as this occurred after they lost the second fox, and decided to go after the first line. The first fox was a good 1.5 minutes ahead by the time the second fox broke out, right in front of the huntsman who was stood on the western edge in a gateway, with full view of the fleeing animal. The hounds gave chase, and only a lightening turn saved the fox’s life. This animal has clearly been hunted before, and knew what to do.

But fate was not so kind to the afternoon fox at Lord’s Copse, this is still subject to an ongoing police investigation, we witnessed the fox exiting the copse, but revving quad bikes and a plethora of hunt scum on the edge of the copse terrified the animal enough to send them back inside towards hounds. Eventually seeking refuge in a hedgerow, before attempting a slip to find refuge, which sadly they did not make, as a waiting hound pounced upon the animal and began tearing them apart. As the fox was savaged by the pack of hounds, one of the many quads positioned around the covert raced to hide the body, knowing the drone was overhead, surreptitiously sliding the body down the side into the quad.

This of course is by no means a one-off, we have witnessed several fox kills and body disposals by this hunt, and even more chases. We have even witnessed them chase hares and deer too, even a hare kill - all on video. Only a couple of weeks before we caught Whipper-in Mitch Prosser disposing of the evidence of one fox on the Fosse Way at Shipton Moyne, and killing another two weeks later, after a chase on nearby Cranmore Farm. No wonder when Channel 4 News reported on these events, they called them ‘Serial Killers’.

It is more than high time the government got on with the job of banning this barbaric activity, which they call ‘trail hunting’. Trail hunting as an activity does not of course exist, and merely operates as a smokescreen - a legal defence, for good old fashioned hunting. Starting in late August or September, members and followers of the Beaufort Hunt get up in the morning to go out foxhunting. They all know that they will be breaking the law and, if needed, will vomit out the trail hunting lie. Also, at the back of their minds has been the Labour manifesto promise to ban trail hunting, a reality that has now hit them like a freight train with the announcement of the start of parliamentary consultation period on the legislation. With a majority of 165 and support from the Lib Dems and Greens, the hunting lobby know that the new legislation will sail through parliament, made even easier by the imminent removal of some 88 disappearing lords, including Beaufort regular, absentee Lord Mancroft.

Knowing that the tide was turning, the level of paranoia during the 2025-26 season has increased to boiling level. Even before the season began, the great trail hunting myth had been comprehensively discredited over twenty-one years of blatant disregard for the law. But, like Ukraine, it has been the use of drones complimenting the traditional foot soldiers on the ground that has been the proverbial game-changer. The hunts know that the new eyes in the sky open up an era for incontrovertibly documenting their law-breaking and clearly identifying the key perpetrators. Even in the 2024-25 season, the use of a drone by sabs had driven the hunt into a mental meltdown when they had the bright idea of using their own drone to attack and bring down the sab drone. This attempt to stop us rewarded us with two new drones and extra batteries, and got our favourable stories into the national right wing rags - thanks to the wonderful publicity off the back of it.

Unfortunately for the hunt, this was all recorded by the sab drone video and provided to the police. The hunt then discovered that drones are legally classified as an “unmanned aircraft” so that they enjoy the same protections as an airliner. The penalty for interfering with an aircraft, under the Air Navigation Order 2016 and the Aviation (Offences) Act 2003, can run from five years in prison to an unlimited fine or both. With the help of the police, even the limited intellect habitual law-breakers of the Beaufort hunt, managed to conclude that the risk-reward calculation for bringing down drones was probably not in their favour.

Enter the 2025-26 season, when the drone dilemma, combined with the level of scrutiny by ground sabs, had clearly been like a worm burrowing into their brains and disturbing their dreams and summer holidays. Being one of the best funded hunts in the country with their phalanx of wealthy tax-dodging supporters, the Beaufort leadership concluded that the sunlight being shone on their nefarious activities, and the impending likelihood of new restrictive legislation on hunting, needed a robust response. So, they recklessly splashed out on three new quad bikes at £10,000 a piece, a £6,000 drone monitor, and recruited an array of trolls from the bottom of the talent pool, to intimidate, stalk, and even assault sab drone operators and ground observers. The wannabe platoon commander of this gang of the inept is a quarter-wit named Jonny Walker owner of East Dunley Farm, Grittleton., a well-known wildlife extermination zone

As the season has gone on and the drone has recorded illegal searching for, chasing, and/or killing foxes every day that the hunt is watched, including three clips used by the Channel 4 News report on illegal hunting, poor old Jonny has got more and more desperate. The drone has kept flying legally in front of their eyes and they have endlessly tried to file reports with the police to get the drone confiscated. In the penultimate week of the season, their hysteria reached utterly excruciating head-exploding levels of neural circuit overload, when they resorted to false reporting to the police. The first occasion was March 2, 2026 when the hunt met at Middlewick Hous, north of Corsham. A quick glance at the NATS map shows that there is a National Security Act (Prohibited Place) Restricted area to the southwest of Corsham.

During the day the hunt stayed north of Corsham and the A4 and the drone was flown from appropriate locations keeping tabs on their illegal hunting, always followed by Jonny and his paid stalkers. At one location, armed police appeared, including an officer highly trained in drone technology and operation. After checking the drone and all our credentials, the drone was returned and the officer was happy for us to resume aerial monitoring of the hunt. What was surprising was that the police asked if we had flown into the restricted zone. Surprising because high security police with drone expertise would have the equipment to record illegal flights in such a security zone.

This was false report number one submitted to the police during the week, The second was the notorious incident on the Friday (March 6) near Luckington when a police officer, who unfortunately had no drone knowledge or experience, was misinformed by Jonny and his gang, and commandeered the drone just after it had recorded a horrendous kill. After strong representations and a good publicity campaign, the Chief Constable decided that there were no grounds for seizing the drone, which was then returned. Jonny might want to contemplate on the fact that false reporting is wasting police time which is itself a crime under section 5(2) Criminal Law Act 1967. It is an offence when a person causes any wasteful employment of the police by knowingly making a false report orally or in writing tending to show that an offence has been committed. Penalties can be up to six months in jail and/or a fine.

There are a couple of lessons from all this. Firstly, that the Beaufort hunt, having spent tens of thousands of pounds trying to cover-up their criminal acts, have completely failed to hide the evidence. Perhaps they will now conclude that the leader of the goon squad is a brainless incompetent dolt. The outcome of all their expense and effort is that there is now a better and more extensive record of their criminal activity than ever before. Great Return on Investment, Jonny.

So, back we go to the 6th March, the infamous day for hunt and police alike, one caught on camera killing foxes and the other caught stealing drones and covering up for the hunt.

The reason hunts hate drones so much? Because they give us a near perfect uninterrupted birds eye view of the many wildlife crimes we witness with our bare eyes. No wonder they hate them, and us too of course (we are wearing that like a badge of honour).

Back to the day, we previously released footage of the hunt terriermen on the Badminton Estate before the hunt came through, flushing foxes from Artifical Earth’s (AE’s) and images of some of the blocked entrances, before and after we went about unblocking them.

Here is more video of that morning, of the two regular terrier-men, Paul Duckett and Tasker, riding around the estate - flushing foxes from - tree earths.

Yes that is right, this is not the first time we have witnessed this, and they do this to get around the ‘no-terrier work’ rule imposed by the British Hound Sports Association last November, some 20 years after the Hunting Act became law, in response to the dig-outs captured on drone by Lake District sabs of the Coniston Hunt digging a fox out and throwing them to hounds. Of course the only reason at all for them to choose this moment impose a ban was the looming government consultation on ‘trail’ hunting.

Faffed that one up good and proper haven’t they. Not sure at this stage if they think they are fooling the public, or just trying to fool each other.

PLEASE - MAKE TASKER AND DUCKETT UNEMPLOYED, by finishing off hunting - they could always apply for an equity card and do comedy.

On 6th March 2026 we once again caught the Beaufort Hunt terrier-men doing pre-hunt fox-flushing of their Artificial Earth’s (AE’s). Beaufort country is riddled with active AE’s, and it’s common knowledge that this hunt routinely encourage foxes to use these Earth’s throughout the summer months, so the fox associates them as places of safety. On hunt mornings, the hunt terrier-men attach terrier-boxes to their quads, and flush the Earth’s through, before blocking them up once the fox is above ground. We are often unblocking AE’s ahead of the hounds. The terrier-boxes are removed from the quads, just before the meet.

This ensures the fox, which undoubtedly will be hunted later, runs to the vicinity of the Earth, only to find it blocked, prolonging the chase, and increasing the likelihood of the fox being caught above ground.

We will be releasing more of these.

This was the same day in which we filmed them killing a fox at nearby Luckington, and immediately hunting another one, which a quad turned back towards the hounds, moments before they convinced a dopey Wiltshire Police officer to steal our drone, rather than deal with the wildlife criminals in front of him.

Lord Astor, the British Hound Sports Association Chair recently said “…terrier work, for the specific protection of game and/or ground-nesting birds [there are no game birds here] will not be allowed in the vicinity of or sight and sound of any trail-hunting activities”. Well one could also argue, that ‘trail-hunting activities’ do not exist, so not quite sure what David Cameron’s father-in-law is hoping to cover-up here.

So, does this look like whatever it is they call ‘trail’ hunting to you? If they were following a trail, why would they need to get the foxes above ground and to block their escapes?

On 6th March 2026 the Beaufort Hunt killed a fox in Luckington, police were called. The matter is under police investigation for Hunting Act offences.

Meanwhile attending officers from the Rural Crime Team (RCT) viewed the footage at the scene. The drone was relaunched and immediately picked up a further hunt in progress, with the fox fleeing as terrier-men sped to turn the fox back to the hunt.

The police re-summoned, one officer attended from the Roads Police Unit (RPU), did not engage with us at all, instead spent the entire time with 'stalker boss' Jonny Walker - a shady individual who is also a Beaufort Hunt host, owning East Dunley Farm in nearby Grittleton.

Jonny really hates our drone, since we have caught this fox hunting hunt red handed on several occasions this year, and he is desperate to convince police to take it off us. On this day he got his wish.

The RPU police officer - known to us only by his collar number W79, rushed into steal our drone as soon as it landed. This meant we were unable to relaunch to assist foot sabs to prevent further kills, including the fox that was in the process of being hunted.
Wiltshire Police very quickly returned our drone - and our evidence of the earlier kill to us, following a brief but highly successful campaign.

We have already published the kill footage (see our earlier video), but here is the final chase captured on the drone before it was taken by the rogue officer. We believe this fox got to safety as foot sabs continued on foot to pursue the hunt back to the Badminton Estate where they continued hunting for another 2 hours.

After a week long campaign - demanding a return of our drone containing the kill footage here we are.

The Duke of Beaufort Hunt remain under police investigation for the hunting and killing of this fox.

Our complaint against the police for the way in which they enabled further illegal hunting that day, is with the OPCC.

Well nothing riles people more than a spot of fox-hunt/police collusion and state-sponsored wildlife crime - so hardly a surprise a bit hit was in order. Great to have so many of our mates join us from Bristol, Cirencester, Mendips, Northants, Reading, Weymouth, 2 County and 3 County Hunt Sabs, over 60 sabs in total - roughly the same amount of Beaufort riders. There used to be 5 times this many at a regular meet, more at a closing meet, not anymore as people distance themselves from this crime gang in droves. Instead this lot had to turn to the nearby Cheltenham Death Festival where they recruited several Irish fox-hunters to join them for the day.

We made our way to the meet at Upper Chalkley Farm, near Hawkesbury Upton, and it was clear we were going to be fighting for space to position ourselves in, the landscape looking wonderful with sabs looking down from every hill, and up from every valley, guarding every covert, behind the meet where the huntsman was expected. Sure enough wasn’t long before the huntsman and his merry band of bin-bag collectors followed. Very soon the first fox was seen, with one of our foot sab teams able to ensure the hunt did not follow.

They didn’t hang around - they were literally swamped in sabs at every turn, drawing coverts with speed. They quickly headed to Horton Court, then crossing the busy A46 towards Grickstone Farm. With sabs positioned around The Tynings, Lime Avenue, Seven Mile Plantation and Bodkin wood there really was no where for them to go. A fox was seen by Bristol Sabs exiting Bodkin in terror. Numerous deer, muntjac and hare also fleeing for their lives.

One of our teams was able to check Artificial Earths (AE’s) and arrived at one AE with moments to spare. Hunt terrier-men on quads unaware sabs were already at the AE arrived ahead of the hounds with the intent of blocking the entrances. FOILED.

Meanwhile the expected fox was caught on camera by Mendip Hunt Sabs at Back Warren, where the hounds had picked up on the line of the fox, and sabs did a stirling job of rating those hounds and sending them packing. Double-win. Terrier-man tears abound, it wasn’t long before violence ensued, and sure enough with the usual suspects Tasker et al, losing the plot and assaulting our friends from Northants in Swangrove wood.

But today they were also joined by an even more unsavoury element of thugs - ones who like to weaponize half ton horses into people, absolute vermin of the Earth. One sab was hurt badly and required hospital treatment, another horse was ridden at at a Bristol Sab and our foot team were also ridden at later in the day as we moved them on from flushing foxes near Miry and Bangel Wood, Upper Kilcott. Even our day-glo stalker was appalled by the riders actions here, funny to see their own actions backfire on themselves. No wonder their support is dwindling even amongst the otherwise likeminded.

A bizarre moment when Avon and Somerset Police descended en masse into the country lanes - clearly hotlined by Beaufort chief of the day-glo stalkers and, Jonny Walker, who was seen giving police commanders a briefing, as they doffed their caps in response. However, whatever nonsense Walker was alleging today didn’t wash with the rozzers in riot vans parked on the lanes, they seemed to be bemused by it all, before calling it a day and finding something useful to do. Shame they did nothing about the wildlife crime, or assaults, but hey - it’s a win these days if they just don’t ride with the hunt.

Soon after huntsman Will Bryer was seen losing complete control of the hounds in Upper Kilcott, the huntsman pretty much abandoned the hounds who clearly found a scent of a fox hiding out, thankfully we don’t think they found the fox - they were scattered to the winds, and Bryer clearly couldn’t be arsed anymore - leaving many to make their own way back across the A46 towards Starveall Farm. At Hobbyhorse wood another fox was seen, but thankfully Mendip sabs were on duty here and their presence saved yet another life, but the huntsman was determined and much back and forthing here - he really was hung up on getting this fox, but with so many sabs around, and another couple of sabs who were beautifully positioned by the Park Wood AE, which was noted to contain fresh offal - to attract foxes ensuring if the fox did make a break to underground safety that sabs would have been there for them.

But as it happened, so many sabs in positions around the covert, ensured the hunt got nowhere near and eventually they gave up and packed up about 5pm at Manor Farm, Oldbury on the Hill, as sabs retreated for snacks and camaraderie at Worcester Lodge before heading home for the final time this season.

It took a split second decision by a rogue Wiltshire Police officer to choose to seize a drone belonging to our group, and a further 6 days for Police HQ to decide to return it.

You might have read our previous article about how we - once again - filmed - yet another fox hunting crime resulting in the a fox being torn to shreds at …yep you guessed it another illegal Beaufort Hunt fox hunt, led by their huntsman Will Bryer.

We won’t repeat what happened here, but in summary - we caught the Beaufort once again this season (for the umpteenth time) hunting and killing foxes. The drone was snatched by an officer of Wiltshire Police following on from a long and cosy conversation he had had, with the Beaufort Hunt chief-stalker and lackey-overseer Jonny Walker, of East Dunley Farm, Grittleton.

The officer made the drone land and seized the equipment as a further fox hunt was in progress. What motivated this officer to protect these landed, well-connected, wildlife criminals is a matter for Wiltshire Police’s Professional Standards Department now, as this is where our complaint lies. But it’s worth repeating that the choice he made at that moment, had serious repercussions for the fox that was being hunted at that time, plus any further foxes that day. It also had repercussions for Wiltshire Police.

Now, it is no secret that our interactions with Wiltshire Police have been, erm, well lets just say tumultuous. Wiltshire Police have a history of protecting these illegal crime gangs - some of them have even been members of them. Wiltshire Police collusion with fox hunts, is nothing new, once sending over 50 officers plus numerous resources to protect the since-disbarred Avon Vale Fox Hunt.

We can’t talk about police collusion with fox hunts without mentioning PC Laura Hughes and what happened at THAT Lacock protest either. Chippenham response officer Laura Hughes - previously a fox hunter with the disgusting Avon Vale Hunt, made no secret of her allegiances as she chatted with her good friends as they threw punches and abuse towards protestors.

Her horse was even being ridden that day by another member of the hunt, a friend of hers. Three more of Ms Hughes friends were charged and convicted of public disorder at the protest, having thrown punches at attendees, as she turned a blind eye to her mates criminality. Hughes had also previously enabled policed an Avon Vale fox hunt in Yatesbury.

PC Cheryl Knight gets a mention here - anyone who has seen any of our videos recently can’t fail to reach the conclusion that the entire mounted field is in on the joke. The joke of course being the law as it stands, and the police failure to deal with it. Make no mistake the law is shit, but often the police, CPS and even the then defence secretary ex-Tory MP Ben Wallace (who is now chief fox hunting propagandist for the Countryside Alliance) deliberately and wilfully look for ways in which they don’t have to prosecute or secure convictions.

In 2023 Knight, who had been a subscriber of the Beaufort Hunt, and thus fully aware of the criminality involved, and a keen follower of both the Avon Vale hunt as well as hare hunting packs, like the Wiltshire & Infantry beagles (now amalgamated and renamed to the Clifton and Infantry Beagles) moved into a role in the Wiltshire Rural Crime Team, right in the midst of the police investigation into the Avon Vale Hunt.

Lets not forget this police investigation itself only came about because hunt sabs had provided the leaked footage to the national press only weeks before, likely without the publicity and rightful public outrage would never have seen light of day forever to spend its days under the bloodstained rug that occupies the Chief Constable’s office floor in Devizes Police HQ.

Footage of the Avon Vale Hunt digging out a brace (pair) of foxes in December 2022, throwing one to the hounds and the other to hunt, caused public outrage and forced the hunts governing body, the British Hound Sports Association as well as police, to act.

There is of course so much more we could mention, such as the doomed attempt by Avon Vale and Royal Artillery fox hunter Jonathan Seed’s attempt to infiltrate the corridors of power in Wiltshire, and his equally biased replacement Philip Wilkinson, who still clings-on to the role whilst it still exists which, as it happens isn’t for much longer anyway.

So against the back drop of all that hunt/police collusion, combined with a culture of servile cap doffing within the force to the landed overseers of the Beaufort Hunt and their slightly lesser-landed ilk at the rougher hunts like the Avon Vale, it seems to be no mean feat that we achieved the return of our drone so quickly, or maybe it’s more likely that Wiltshire Police are skint and really didn’t fancy facing another £60k policing bill for the invariable protests heading their way if they chose to maintain their criminal subservience to the hunts.

We are naturally pleased they’ve seen sense so quickly, and no doubt this is also to do with our efforts, and some police officers efforts who also happen to think that fox hunters shouldn’t get a free pass (yes, they do exist). At the end of the day, it was the Wiltshire Rural Crime Team who successfully prosecuted the Avon Vale, not just for the first video mentioned above, but also a further leaked video in which Terrier-man Tom Ledbury helped to dig out a fox with his young child watching, which saw several members of the Avon Vale and Old Berks Hunt go down with suspended prison sentences (not harsh enough, but its a win we will take). So credit where it is due, and it would be absurd to suggest that everyone in Police HQ is supporting, or colluding with hunts, when they clearly don’t.

Nothing is simple when it comes to the police, but a lot of it comes down to money, resources and public image. The truth is many of them don’t give a shit about hunting, or drones. We’ve sued them before and won, we’ve protested at great cost to them before on their doorstep before and won and we aren’t scared to take them on anytime they target us, and they know it. We have the support, we have the motivation, and they know we will never back down when it comes to defending wildlife. That’s the crux of it.

Good decision Wiltshire Police, good decision, in the end you got there.

We don’t really even know where to start after yesterday’s trip to the Beaufort Hunt - start at the beginning sounds easy, but where is the beginning exactly? 2005? Because that is how long these lot have been breaking the law with absolute impunity, in fact, not only with impunity but with the tacit support and even involvement of those who are supposed to uphold the laws of the land.

Now this isn’t a dig at ‘all cops’ - we know ‘not all cops’ ok. We know that the ones who attended yesterday, particularly the Rural Crime Officer will be keen to investigate the evidence we obtained - but as it stands - they simply can’t, because we are unable to submit it.

The reason? Because other - even more - iniquitous forces are at work here - ones with influence and sway, ones who servile officers bow down to without hesitation, and are afraid to stand up to. Did they not watch the Channel 4 News program featuring at least three of the Beaufort crimes recently? Do they not know they are serial killers?

So just where is our damning evidence? Well we don’t exactly know. We suspect on its way to the shredder on the evidence room floor. A little SD card containing damning footage of evil, much like huge swathes of the Epstein Files, it will likely never see light of day.

What does it contain? Well, lets try starting at the beginning of the day, when we watched as Beaufort Terrier-men (they hate being called that), took a terrier to several of their many Artificial Earths (AE’s) on the Badminton Estate, and, well…stuck a handy little terrier down the hole, one which they just so happen to carry about with them in their cages, so as to get the foxes up and running before the hunt have even had their breakfast, and maybe sometimes, they also bag themselves one for later in case the foxes are just too fast today. They then proceeded to do what all terrier-men (which they of course, aren’t) do, and block the AE’s with slabs of concrete, and fill badger setts with back soil.

So one of our jobs of the day, is to unblock these as we find them, whilst the hunt made their way from their meet at Sopworth west towards the estate. We caught up with the hunt near Hinnegar Lodges, the hounds were on a fox, a hunt whistle was blown and the hunt was on. Sabs stormed into the fields whips and sprays at the ready. The drone is overhead. They headed to Duchess Clump in pursuit of the fox, who was literally metres in front of the lead hound - but the fox ran to Duchess Clump - what they found there we don’t know, likely a blocked escape - the hounds followed by the time we caught up they had already moved on. They next headed towards the house, the home of joint master, Henry Somerset the 12th Duke of Beaufort, around they went before eventually settling on Swangrove, and right back on another fox.

At some point our morning unblocking paid off, it wasn’t long before a fox was chased underground - which would not have been able to do so, if the terrier-men (who don’t like being called terrier-men, and aren’t really what you’d call ‘men’ anyway) had got their way. Hounds were recorded on the drone marking at one of the blocked setts, having chased the fox there.

The afternoon saw them have drinkies and some second-horsing at Luckington barn, before they hunted the hedgerows around Commonwood farm, and just like that… they killed the fox right under the drone’s watchful eye. The fox was unceremonously dumped in a handy bin bag, as huntsman Will Bryer got off his horse and scooped the remains as a female rider bagged them up. This barbaric wildlife crime captured on our stolen SD card, which is currently being suppressed by Wiltshire Police.

Foot sabs receiving updates, now aware the kill was too late for intervention - became aware that about 15 masked 'terrier-men’ (that aren’t ‘terrier-men’), and day-glo hunt stalkers and supporters had gathered around the drone team as the footage was being recorded from the skies.

Having had our drone downed and stolen following a kill in November 2024, and a further attempt in January 2025 which made national news at the time - we took no chances and headed to the drone team so the drone could be landed in front of numerous watching camera’s to protect it.

Given the vulnerability of the evidence and the menacing intimidation of the usual suspects, we also rang the police and units were dispatched. Some insane hunt rambling occurred during the wait, including one hunt supporter (Rabid Old Soak) as we unaffectionately have nicknamed her, accused us of killing her uncle Lord Mountbatten, calling us the ‘white middle classes’ which is a change from being us being council and unemployed, we guess. Why the white middle class loony felt this was an insult to us, we have zero idea. It is always about class-war to these entitled self-absorbed wannabe victims of oppression.

Another masked male (Rabid Old Spice) opted to stand against a female who was leaning against one of our vehicles, in a manner that really ought to have him put on the sex offenders register. Well there is already at least one convicted paedophile that we know of, who rides with this hunt (more about that another time), and undoubtedly many of their number also feature redacted in the Epstein Files, then there is Rabid Old Soak’s dead uncle Dickie …but enough about him for now…

Anyway, niceties with the cops done, the Rural officer viewed the kill on our drone screen and promised to send an upload link over night for submission today … enter PC Plum W79, he really didn’t know his arse from his elbow when it comes to drones, but he sure knew how to make a phone call and picked his moment during the next fox chase - in which a fox had been flushed from New Covert, and was in the process of being chased hell for leather by a terrier-man (or whatever the masked thugs with terriers want to be called) as the hounds were being encouraged to ‘hunt for it’, to well…decide that the ‘powers that be’ demand the drone be seized.

We don’t know this fox’s outcome, as they were given implied consent by PC Plum W79 to hunt that one with impunity, and of course the hunt now grateful to the officer for letting them hunt without sky eyes for the next two hours. The thank you envelope is in the post or can be collected from the Lodge.

Oh, we forgot to mention as the drone was filming the first fox, local landowner and Lime Down Solar Farm beneficiary of East Dunley Farm, arrived all excited with hunt lackey and overgrown puffy faced schoolboy Paul Tasker to tell us that the drone was going to be seized or words to that affect - how on earth he could envisage a moment in the near-future when a rogue cop would arrive and decide that an vexatious alleged Line Of Sight offence just might have occurred (the officer knew less about drones than Johnny knows about fashion). Does Johnny have a crystal ball hidden in his saggy jodpurs? Or did someone give him a heads up about the concoction of ‘reasonable grounds’ about to occur? Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more.

So rather than deal with the actual material crime in front of him, i.e. a dead fox and footage of two illegal hunts being available - did he opt to seize the hounds? nope. The little hunting horn? nope. How about the sabs evidence and camera? YES - bingo! What’s the betting that little SD card pings it’s way out of the drone and down the loo in Chippenham nick before you can say ‘make mine a chocolate donut’!

Fortunately, as we have said, an RCT officer is able to verify the crime’s existence, and so it appears, can we, as it makes a few appearances on our bodycams as we viewed the footage in-situ…there really is no reason for them to hold onto our footage - by all means they may download what they need to pander to whatever the Beaufort criminals demands of their subservient uninformed accomplices. But just give us back our bloody evidence and pronto.
